I never slept in an RV below about 10 degrees. but I have spent a lot of times in tents when it was below zero, usually with a wood stove.
I slept in the back of my pickup once that was insulated with carpet on a night at a ski area that was around -20 F. It has been -38 in my drive way in Wyoming. On a ski trip to Frazier Park, CO it was -43 F but we had the sense to sleep indoors. The high was -7.
When it gets hot I head for the mountains.
