In Isabella, Minnesota back in the mid-1980's I experienced -42 degrees F. (not wind chill, just actual temperature).
While I wasn't camping, I was living in an old, very poorly insulated mobile home. There was frost on the paneling INSIDE the trailer! My current travel trailer is a whole lot nicer and more comfortable than that old trailer house. But I wouldn't willingly spend another night in any kind of trailer at -42 degrees F.
