Many times down into the teens (Fahrenheit)...no big deal.
Lowest was 4 days in Deming NM down to -5F. A cold front caught us...furnace kept up OK but you better have access to propane. We were going thru a 30# per day. The park stopped selling to outsiders because they wanted to make sure their customers had enough.
