This is the exact same hitch as the Pro Series round bar hitch.
I know, I have both hitches. Same welds, same fittings, same everything. Even the packaging was the same with different labels. It’s called white label products, very common in our modern industry.
OP, this was probably bent by the sway bars crashing into the mini balls. I’ve done that too when my sway bar install was off by about 1 inch. You can do it going forward or backwards. When you bottom out the sway bars it will do this or it will snap off the mini balls.
