How do we keep 2 yr old from opening screen door?

Not to be a wet blanket but I believe that by blocking the door with the assist handle that also blocks the door for 'everyone' in case of an emergency. RV's are fire hazards at best with limited exits.

I put a hook and eye on the top of the screen door. Small drill hole and twist the eye and hook in place. Keeps pets in also and helps keep out perhaps a stray bad guy that might appear during the day. :W
