When I'm on vacation I don't worry about jerks. Nobody has the power to ruin my day when I'm on vacation.
If they cut me off, no big deal, I just slow down a bit to give me space again. If they tailgate, no big deal, I'll pull over and let them by. If they give me the I'm number one sign, no big deal, I just smile and wave.
