I use my laptop and ask for local weather for whatever town we are at and for the one we are headed to. If I need a couple days out, I look at the 7 day, and even sometimes use the monthly when planning. Accuweather.com is the most helpful to me. For current extreme weather we have a weather radio that automatically logs us into the county we are in with NOAA reports.
