A friend of mine who sold her motorhome a couple of years ago when her husband died gave me their used Brake Buddy for free. There are no instructions included, but there is what appears to be a small transmitter that would plug into a 12 volt socket in the motorhome.
I don't understand how this is to be connected to a receive a braking signal from the motorhome. Do I need something to connect to the motor home's brake light switch?
I am currently using a Ready Brake, but if I later buy a new toad I may use the Brake Buddy instead.
Others will answer your question, I'm sure, but would you really use a Brake Buddy instead of a READYBRAKE? Just asking, in case I'm missing something here.
