My general take on warranty is the warranty is only as good as the product. If product has many problems so will getting warranty work.
I park my 1995 fiver where we go and if something needs fixed I fix it on the spot or when I can get the part. I keep fiver off season next to house and do all my own repairs so I know the ins and outs before we leave for next trip. I also keep many spare parts under the master bed that include wheel bearings, break parts, plumbing parts, electrical parts, jacks, tools. It is insurance for me to have it. If I ever up grade to newer fiver, it will NOT come with a warranty. ;)
