How far to tow without brake?

My tow has been a 2013 Wrangler 4 door. I have a M&G brake setup and has worked great. My kids use jeep in the winter when not camping. I put a Hemi in it this winter and don't let them drive it anymore. I did get the kids a used 2012.

I put a tow bar ( blueox) on the 2012. It has no tow brake system on it. So kids meet us or need to leave from camping.Im talking local 250 miles max.

Thinks its ok towing?

RV is a 2015 American 42W. Most is in Michigan and Ohio
