- I used to be in the 75 + range.... got older.. wiser ( somewhat ) and have fallen into the 65 range.. IF the limit is 70, I will try to stay around 67-68, I always feel a bit better IF I stay closer to the FLOW...
- HalmfamilyExplorer65 to 70, 68 seems to be the sweet spot for fuel economy.
- Cummins12V98Explorer IIICA towing is 55, I set cruise to 60. Traveling in Freedom States I tow 70 at 70 and 75 at 75.

- JusBudExplorer75 mph highway my sweet spot is 68mph towing

- ktmrfsExplorer IIwhen towing on 2 lane, usually around 55-60 and pull over for traffic behind me.
on multilane around 60, but if there is much traffic, I'll get in the right lane behind some trucks and keep at the speed they are going at. Keeps the trucks from needing to pass me if I am going slower, and me constantly pulling out to pass if they are going slower. - ependydadExplorer62-64.
- diazr2ExplorerTraveled New Mexico last year on the interstate the speed limit was 75 for trucks. I have never seen so much carnage on the side of the road. Big rig after big rig piled up ether on the left side of the highway or middle of the highway. On the good side out of all that bent metal I didn't see one RV tore up... Of course I guess they could have been under the big rigs LOL. I travel 55 to 60. 65 in New Mexico out of necessity. Here in the Great North west speed limit is 55 it's a rarity to see a big rig tipped over.
