How is the snow bird traffic on I-95

Well if your a Canadian full timer in the east that typically spends winter in Florida, then they need other not frigid options. In Canada about the only temperate area is the greater Vancouver BC area, or southern Vancover island.

Drove from NH to Florida the day after Thanksgiving, but we take the coast as soon as we cross the Delaware Memorial Bridge, Rt 13 to Virginia Beach and 17 south, when we joined 95 at Bottom of SC it was bumper to bumper to the Georgia border. North and South Carolina are still only two lanes so always like that form Thanksgiving till New Years. Take your time take the coast and enjoy the ride, an extra 150 miles won't matter and more to see than Highway and Truck Stops.

While not on the east coast, I95, yesterday we were at Anna Maria Island on the west coast and the place was packed with snowbirds. 2/3 of the vehicle tags on cars parked at the beach were from "up north"... and the beach was full. Hard to find a parking space

We haven't cancelled yet but we will not be going this year. Hoping for a miracle but this year hasn't produced many of those.

Don't know about I-95 but we swung out west then have worked our way east to Texas...no issues finding sites in California/Arizona/Texas.

Besides do snowbirds actually cause traffic jams? And even if they “could”, if one has actually been out this year, one would realize that traffic in general, virtually everywhere, is significantly reduced to the Rona stay at home peoples.

I was on it yesterday from Melbourne to Cocoa. Saw a few big motorhomes heading south.
