A friend has acquired several travel trailers over the years. He uses most of them from time to time depending on where he camping or hunting. They are stored on his farm where mice and bugs are a problem. He claims that he uses moth balls to keep the TTs pest free. In each he places a couple of plastic containers with moth balls. While the TT is stored. A day before he's ready to use one of the TTs he opens up all the windos and vents, puts the lid on the plastic containers and stores them in a storage compartment.
Says he's never had a mouse or bug problem in all of the years he has stored the TTs.
Please be careful with moth balls. They are pesticides. If you smell them, you are inhaling pesticides. They are toxic.
