I left my Avion camper on my property of close to 30 years. I think in all that time I only entered it twice. I should have checked it earlier because the rear plastic roof vent had broke and let in whatever rain that you get in Phoenix. It did damage the floor and some interior wood. All the upholstery was rotted and the plastic was brittle. It looked like the worst RV ever made, but the structure was great. After cleaning out he dead birds and bugs and completely rebuilding the interior, it looks great.
