The customer service rep at the dealership seemed to be following a checklist that was provided by Palomino / Forest River. I didn't get a good look at it but it seemed legit.
Snow is starting to fall regularly now. I’m petrified at towing the RV to my storage lot on snowy / icy highways if I get it back in late December or January. I’m also concerned that I will not be able to park it into my storage space since large snow drifts develop in this lot when the wind blows. The plumbing has been winterized but my 4 - 6V golf cart batteries are still in the RV, I usually have them pulled & on a charger by now. Incidentally, they were completely dead 3 weeks ago when I went to the dealership to get the pictures / videos taken. I hope they aren't toast.
