How long does warranty approvals typically take?

The one time I needed warranty work (crack shower drain fixture, water saturated underbelly, short in running lights) it took about two weeks to get the approval partly because I was working with a dealer that wasn't an authorized KZ dealer. The issues were pretty straight forward and the pictures I supplied were enough verification for KZ to approve the work.
