Apparently you don't have a disconnect switch for the batteries and they discharged. Dead batteries are damaged and will freeze, they are currently compromised and may already be junk.
I have a battery disconnect switch but it wasn't turned off when I dropped off the RV. I thought the dealership would need power to raise / lower the landing gear and they would turn off the power once it was in their shop. Apparently, they haven't looked at it in 6 weeks.
I went through the trailer to figure out what was draining the batteries and found the furnace was on "Heat". Perhaps the dealer turned it on? I'm pretty sure I turned that off after my last camp trip but can't say for sure. It would've been OK as I have 400watts of solar that would've topped up the batteries but there was a week or two when there was 5 inches of snow on the panels so they drained. :(
