- WNYBobExplorerDon't subscribe. Getting information I need here.
- EmptypocketsExplorerThought it was great when I started RV'ing - soon it became a waste of time to read.

I believe it is good for newcomers to learn some new things and be exposed to RV products (lots of advertising).
However, as you get more RV experience, the magazine loses its appeal.
Stories repeat every few years. Lots of articles plugging products that are clearly big advertisers in the magazine.
I haven't had the magazine for several years now and don't miss it. When I go to the doctor's office, I always look at the copies they have and it reaffirms my decision that I didn't need to subscribe any longer.
That said, you can usually get a subscription deal that is VERY inexpensive and I can understand why it can have some value to some folks. - samsontdogExplorerI do, for well over 20+ years . Still have most of them
- WyoTravelerExplorerSo true about people writing that have never RVd before. Several years ago I met a guy that wrote articles for a living. He subscribed to a catalog that listed articles needed. When I asked him about so many talents he laughed and said he was a journalist he didn't have to be talented in the fields he wrote about. For example, walk through a store, take some pictures of a piece of furniture and write an article how to build it. All you need is a pen, tablet and a good camera.
