Should I subscribe to GSRA or not?

I failed to catch your reference to the tow companies. I am not sure if this one is in your line of thought but FMCA has a Forum and they also have a Roadside Service Program through Vehicle Administrative Services (VAS). Although they do not have a specific Thread for reporting about the service one could do so in the General Discussion thread if they were so inclined.

I agree this specific forum is the way to go for sharing customer reviews.

Not necessarily. Where is the link to the other companies website so we can read the complaints or success stories there? I don't think there is one. GS is the only company that I know of where you can complain publicly if service is not up to your satisfaction, and often get something done about it.

As far as posting the outcome of the complaint, that is up to the individual. GS cannot do that.

Personally, I have had nothing but good service from my GSRA plan and suspect that the other companies that do road service have about the same amount of complaints and successes. The advantage here is that GS gives you a place to make your concerns known and often get some help after the fact.

There are numerous companies that do business through the Internet that post Reviews of their customers regardless of their positive or negative experience with their service or products....I get request for reviews often from companies that I do business with.

I read reviews on companies websites before doing business with them if they are unfamiliar to me.

We are sitting on the side of I-24 in TN not far from cities and towns. One of our wheels are falling off. GSRA told us they can't get anyone here for 13 HOURS!!!! They're making us suffer and wait 13 hours because they don't want to spend a few more dollars for night rates. We broke down and called them at 7:45 PM. Hardly NIGHT time.

I think they own us an apology and refund for falsely letting us think we had service 24/7/365 for our money.

Our auto policy covers roadside for $10 every 6 months. Confirmed it works for our RV too.
