How many people have never drank water from the tank?

If you think about it, at some point in the past someone (or some animal) bathed in the water that is now bottled.

Why would I pay some company for a bottle containing their tap water when I can, for free, bottle my own tap water? Sometimes my "bottles" are very large (50gal), sometimes they fit nicely in my hand (16 oz).
