If you read every thread, the people who have RV parking absolutely love it and the majority of those who don't defend why it's not important to them....human nature!
EVERYONE I know who has to park their RV at a storage facility, here in Southern California, hates it! The coaches are constantly dirty, other RVer's backing into/damaging their rigs, constant issue of theft, difficult to do your repairs and a pain to load before a trip. I know there are a lot of places throughout the country that have indoor parking and would alleviate some of the above issues, but land is too valuable in So Cal to have any of those around here.
I also disagree that there is no additional value in a house that has RV parking. As one poster stated, you really can't put a dollar amount on it, but the house with RV parking generally comes with a larger/wider lot (lot premium)which gives you more space between neighbors and a larger yard. This is where the value comes in.
We've owned two homes over 37 years. Our first house as newlyweds, where we lived for 7 years, had room for a small RV. Our second and current home (30 years) we specifically looked for one with no HOA and RV parking. We paid a lot premium at the time.
I have a 15' x 45' slab on one side and a 12' x 40' slab on the other. Both slabs run alongside the house, just to the back edge. My backyard is beautifully landscaped and you can't see the RV when enjoying the backyard. My house is in a standard track of homes and only about half had RV parking. I think it's invaluable in a suburban setting to have parking.
My daughter spent six months this year looking for a new home, they ONLY considered houses that had RV parking. They new the value of keeping their RV at home and had a difficult time finding what they wanted, but did. At the time, they were storing their TT at my son-in-law's work for free and still hated it.
