How much is to much for no tow/haul mode?

Perhaps I should have further explained that is my first camper and the first time I've pulled this much weight. I chose the truck I did because I knew eventually I would be towing big weight and wanted to be safe while doing so. Second part to this is what temps for the tranny would be considered dangerous?
