How much is to much for no tow/haul mode?

Tow Haul alters your shift points. I always use TH and EB when towing. I watch my RPM's. For example at 53 MPH RPM will be near 1950 in TH. If this is the speed limit and roads are flat I will take out of TH to advance a gear and reduce RPM's and fuel consumption. Used this process in Eastern Canada where many highways have lower speed limits. Otherwise always TH and EB. Safety first.
