How much is to much for no tow/haul mode?

You can use tow/haul whenever you want too, trailer or no trailer.
I daily drive the 06 in my sig. On my morning commute, I descend a hill that the speed limit drops to 35 about 2/3rd the way down the hill. I use tow/haul to decrease my speed (downshift) to lessen the use of the truck brakes.
It make no difference when, why or how you use tow/haul mode.
