Thats also sad to hear. I was reading the rules for Oregon which sounded fair. Basically, you get a 24 hour grace period to arrive or contact them. Then they cancel your remaining reservation, refund you minus the fee for the first day/night plus a cancellation fee. I like this because it opens up the spots for others to use. Anyhow, just MHO.
