I agree that it takes two to tango. Even though the RV overtaking him is crazy, he contributed to the dangerous situation by not slowing down to let the RV back into his lane. It looked like a dangerous game of chicken to me. Both drivers would have been responsible if someone had been killed.
I agree that for the larger vehicles there should be state driving tests before you can get on the road with these big rigs.
It amazes me how people have seemed to have lost all sense of values. Patience and politeness would avoid a lot of accidents. People do speed up if you put your indicator on to change lanes and inpatient people drive like crazy to overtake you. Usually, you pull up right behind them at the next stoplight. So what have they gained?
