Only at this place would I have suspected blame be put on Cecille B Demille who was getting passed and not the moron who went over that "YELLOW DASHED LINE" LOL.
Any driving instructor, or license examiner, will tell you without a doubt when being passed in that situation you maintain your speed.
Sorry, the moron to the left of the line took on all responsibility and blame for the entire situation as soon as he popped over that line. Cecil B was 150% in the right.
