I had an accident at work, I was 32, I am 56 now. I have not worked since. I lost all benefits and any possibility of a pension. Am I retired?
Hubby had an accident at work with a saw three years ago. He is now 47. They are not sure if he will go back to work, therefore no benefits or pension for him. Would that make him also retired?
