How rough a road will you drive down for a place to camp

I realize that each persons answer will differ but assuming your rig can make the drive and you are not worried about getting stuck,will you take your rig into the rough? For me the answer is yes....

I would love to do some boondocking/ dry Camping in some out of the way spot but, after looking at some of the low hanging parts on may class C, I got the tape measure out, found things like the tail pipe, generator exhaust pipe, waste tank outlets & a couple other goodies have 10" or less clearance. :(
