Here are the three things I need to do with my rig to help minimize that issue:
1) Add some water to the shower drain, that frequently bounces out during travel on our rig.
2) And make sure you turn OFF your vent fan while flushing (my DW often forgets)
3) Keep your dump valves closed unless actively emptying the tanks.
