A definite fix, but it takes some time and plumbing know-how are HepVo waterless traps. I learned about these from a friend of mine who is a plumber. For RVs, these not just replace the P traps, but the air admittance valves. Use these for the sink and tub... no more stink from the gray tank. For the black tank, make sure the toilet's ball valve is sealed (olive oil), and that cures that.

Of course, it doesn't hurt to make sure the vents are unobstructed.

I don't think all those new fangled aero dynamic etc thingies on top of the vent pipe will cure the issue. :h

Have you ever tried one?

I did and it worked for me to get the stink out after I fixed the leak.

Last time I had a nagging elusive odor in the head, it turned out to be the toilet seal on the floor was not installed correctly at the factory. Time before last it turned out to be the flange was not installed properly to the down pipe.

The KISS concept would be to locate where the fumes are leaking from and fix the leak rather than buy questionable gimmick products.

Good advice, I had to replace mine on my old trailer as it was letting gray tank odors inside, and the gray tanks can stink as much as the black. You can pick them up at Lowes/Home Depot for under 10 bucks. They simply unscrew.
