How to handle blowout on Class A

This is just "an opinion" question. If you are driving a class a and have a blow out on the inside tire what would you do? Pull to the closest safe place off the road & wait for road service or limp into the closest (several miles away)tire changing place? DH & I differ on our opinions and I just wonder what others do.
  • Besides the flat doing damage I have also read posts where it somehow gets hot enough to catch fire.
I vote pull over asap & safely.
  • Pull of ASAP. You don't want the tire to start to shred and start to tear up your wheel well and other components. .
  • Provided you know to step on the go pedal to regain control before trying to stop, then you can clean up and decided what to do next.
