The skirting support on one side of our trailer got bent and finally snapped, leaving the skirting flapping around. I got a piece of metal to replace it, but I don't know how to remove the bolt holding on the last bit of the metal.

Is that a power nail? If so get a medium large sledge and drive it out from the top. Or use a cold chisel/metal saw to cut the head off, and then drive the rest of the nail on up and out.

Thinking that I'd use my Dremmel tool with a cut off wheel.

I would cut it off flush on the top and drive it out.

That’s hardened steel. A grinder is the proper tool.

Yes that is a nail/pin. I didn't realize they used powder nailers for that. I would cut it off flush on the top and drive it out.
