That dinette is 46x74 which is between the old standard single 36x74 and double 54x74. so while snug, if they arent large folks it may suffice. If you really want more space moving the recliners to allow an air mattress or to put the cushions on the floor there and then just adding a small air mattress at the bottom could work.
