Moving the small recliners for an air mattress or just putting an air mattress in the middle of the kitchen floor are a horse apiece for space. Our recliners are more like reclining office chairs with a matching ottoman, not bolted down. Having access to the bathroom in the middle of the night isn't a big deal either. We'll be on ATV trails and pretty remote, so renting a cabin or tenting it isn't a great option. I was mostly wondering if modifying the dinette bed has been done or was worth the effort. Seems like not.
Yes kerrlakeroo, I was also happy with the capacity of all the tanks since we downsized our camper and I knew my water usage habits would have to change too. So far we've made no repairs and the quality is average.
