First, no heat overnight will not hurt your piping. It's the extended time day and night that does.
If this issue is just for a night or two then go with more blankets or a comfortor and flannel sheets. When you get up start the stove-top coffee pot and put some cinnamon rolls in the oven and your RV will soon be warm.
If you plan to do much boondocking/dry camping in the future get yourself a SAFE propane heater. We used one for 16 years of our full-timing. It gives a constant, warm quiet heat. However, we didn't sleep with it... just used it when we were up and active. They use little propane and unlike a furnace it's an economical heat that's not wasted as a furnace is.
