I wouldn't take a chance @20 degrees - that is a hard freeze. I have had pipes freeze in closed compartments at temps like yours overnight. Ruined a water pump that way.
It really depends on how it's built and if your using it as designed. My TT is 4 season but all bets are off if I wont heat with the furnace.
It simply isn't worth the price of taking a chance.
