On top of your comforters, sleeping bags, etc, lay an extra sheet or two. This traps an amazing amount of air and heat.
Hot water bottles will stay warm for most of the night. One for your feet, and one for next to your tummy.
A hat for your head and a hankie or t-shirt or something tied around your neck stop drafts, and conserve a lot of heat.
Do your evening reading, video watching, internet surfing, or whatever you do in bed. Keeps you warm, and warms up the bed before sleep.
Do you have an inverter that works with your electric blanket? Leave the electric blanket off at night, but turn it on for 5 or 10 minutes before bed, when you get up to pee, and anytime you wake up cold. Just don't fall asleep with it on If you don't have the battery to support it.
Why Buy an RV with a furnace and camp like your in a tent?
Do what is necessary to keep the battery charged and use the furnace. Otherwise quit hauling that furnace and other useless stuff around with you and just get a tent.
Sorry I was not trying to be rude, but I did want to get my point across. I guess, "Sometimes you have to break a few eggs to make a cake!":)
