You're right, none of my business how someone else uses their camper. Maybe to them it makes sense to have 100 grand tied up in a trailer and truck but cringe at the idea of buying sufficient propane & battery reserve to keep the furnace running in cold weather. Who am I to say? :W
Anyone ever think that maybe the OP (who hasn't responded back, maybe due to some of the ludicrous answers) isn't asking how to keep the camper from freezing up by not using ANY heat, but rather only conserving propane and battery life by bundling up while sleeping?
After all he/she did only ask for advice on a comforter. The rest of the crowd built the story into what it is now...
