How to stay warm with out electricity?
I check the long term weather forecast for our mid-April trip. The first stop at Great Sand Dunes NP in CO is in southern CO but at an elevation of about 8,000 feet. We can expect low temp at night in the 20's and we could see snow. The park campground is not fully open, but some campsites are open.
The 5er has a furnace but it is not very efficient and burns a lot of propane per hour. When I have FHU I use 2 small electrical heaters and an electric blanket to stay warm. We will not have electricity at GSD NP.
Can anyone suggest a good Very Warm down (?) Comforter?
