In a state where citizens are allowed to carry their weapon. Bad guys think twice before attacking you. Why?. They worry, you might shoot back.
In other words. You are right to be scared of New York. The criminals (who do have guns) know you are a EASY unarmed target.
You do know that many of us NY'ers have concealed carry permits, don't you?
