Yeah, if they estimate and then come out quarterly and adjust, I could see that resulting in a large bill. What sucks (would suck) even more is if the actual reading was taken in the "high" period, so that you have to pay the higher summertime rate, when, in actuality, you might have used the power during the lower rate timeframe. Hopefully they would not hit you with a super user cost on a quarterly reading basis.
