Another thing they never mention is when they guesstimate it and then adjust on the next bill, where do you think all that extra money goes to till then? That's right, into an account that is making interest that you'll never see!
Same goes for the Ipasses and EZpasses. Load up the account and they hold the money. Do you think that money just sits there till you use it? Nope it goes into an interest bearing account.
