About ten years ago in AZ, sister-in law received mailed water bill for in excess of 1.25 million dollars. But, the best part was when calling to correct, the person on the other end actually asked, "You do not believe the billed amount is correct?" They had the bill matted and framed to hang on the wall for several years.
