The only downside of the dehumidifier is that it takes up a good chunk of space. It can go in the bathtub, of course.
Strangely enough, I've seen some overhead A/C units advertising a separate dehumidifer to help with the fact that RV A/Cs tend to cool quicker than they remove humidity.
