As far as truck goes you want some weight buffer. 5700 ils and all gear and people in tow veicle you want enough suspension,
29 ft is a good size. The 10k has to do with both pulling and suspension per se;

Are you buying new or used tow vehicle?
yes 150 or 250 is suspension and sometimes motor
