Interesting results, although I will say the water pressure at double the average available to most people had an effect on how well the SS worked. I would also argue that virtually no modern RV has a drain pipe that is a straight shot like that. The flushing effectiveness of the SS would be greatly diminished if the stream had to go through a few bends first.
