Pretty much the same as the Flush King going thru all the pipe bends. Or any end pipe flushing appliance.
The draining capability of Sewer Solution is one benefit. And other benefits are the cleanliness of handling, and storage requirements.
Re the water usage...there is a lot of pressure. But not that much volume. I doubt water use is a real concern. A residential toilet uses 1.8 gallons per (liquid/solid waste) flush. I don't hear anyone complaining about water waste for that. About 30 flushes to make 60 gallons. RV toilets use much less water per flush. But I doubt the SS will use 60 gallons of fresh water.
