Sorry if it's hard to follow. I don't seem to convey things very well when I'm mad. Just so frustrating to lose something that I really like.
And the deterioration thing, the shop guy said he has never seen one visually turn that quick.
The adjuster said when he was here that he could "obviously" see it was not neglect. I believe the name "anal annie" was used. ?? HAHA
