I need advice on my totalled yet still beautiful baby.

The insurance company is mute at this point, thats one reason I posted. The time it took, to which the one gentleman at the ins. co. fully admitted was their fault the camper is now junked. I was wondering if anyone else has went thru this? I have heard horror stories of depreciation, big pay offs left, but at the same time I don't feel responsible for all the bad things.
Be great to hear from someone who has delt with this.
